The location was great! close to my daughter's college for graduation, and the staff were friendly and attentive when we had a minor issue.

The maintenance situation was concerning. one elevator was broken, and Wi-Fi was quite slow, making it a challenge to connect.

Clean and comfy but needs help

The room was pretty clean and cozy, but man, the first room’s AC was crazy loud! Switched rooms to get away from that lobby view, which was a smart move. Loved the free breakfast, way better than expected. Just wish they didn’t skimp on towels. Overall, it was a decent stay, but maintenance could use some TLC.

Comfortable room, great staff.

We stayed with 20 family members and enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the Virginia Theatre and Marketplace Shopping Center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after our fun-filled days. The updated decor made it feel welcoming.

In my wife’s opinion, the elevators could use improvement. a working elevator would make managing multiple family members much easier.

Great spot for a getaway! My friends and I loved our time here, especially visiting the Virginia Theatre and Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Just a heads up, the breakfast offered limited options but it was decent enough.

The hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing but didn’t ruin our fun.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by the consistent noise from a rambunctious youth football team. We also experienced false fire alarms twice in the middle of the night.

I absolutely loved my stay! The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The lobby was a beautifully inviting space where I felt right at home every time I walked in!
